Enjoy an itinerant retreat. Your journey begins near Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. Immerse yourself in the vibrant jungle greenery and the sounds of chipping birds. Midweek, the journey flows southward to the ocean in Galle, where life slows into the rhythm of the turquoise water.

Classes are all levels. They are conducted in a benevolent and non-judgemental atmosphere. The goal of yoga is to cultivate your well-being and mindfulness, not strive for performance. You can take the classes at your own pace. Variations will be given to increase the intensity if you are seeking a challenge.

The teachers speak both English & Italian. Although we encourage participation, as our classes are built together as a program, it is not mandatory to join the practices.
