Let the mornings unfold with Hatha Vinyasa flows guided by Giulia that energize and ground. In the evenings, unwind through restorative Yin practices led by Camille. Go beyond and deepen your experience of meditation, pranayama, and uncover the roots of yoga.

Jungle & Beach

Enjoy an itinerant retreat. Your journey begins near Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. Immerse yourself in the vibrant jungle greenery and the sounds of chipping birds. Midweek, the journey flows southward to the ocean in Galle, where life slows into the rhythm of the turquoise water.

Quiet luxury

Both the jungle and beach accommodations are privatized resorts with Sri Lankan–inspired design. Experience the comfort of a hotel while enjoying the warmth and character of a tree house and colonial-style homes. Enjoy support & restaurant service whenever hungry.

Discovery

Between yoga sessions, immerse yourself in the soul of Sri Lanka. In the North, explore sacred temples and iconic hotspots such as the Dambulla Cave and Sigiriya's Rock. Along the coast, try out a surf class or stroll through Galle’s UNESCO sites. Conclude with a local cooking class!

Classes are all levels. They are conducted in a benevolent and non-judgemental atmosphere. The goal of yoga is to cultivate your well-being and mindfulness, not strive for performance. You can take the classes at your own pace. Variations will be given to increase the intensity if you are seeking a challenge.

The teachers speak both English & Italian. Although we encourage participation, as our classes are built together as a program, it is not mandatory to join the practices.
