Deepen your knowledge of Yoga

Even though we’re based in Milan, the training is taught in English. This not only open the course to Milan’s international community but also ensures you graduate ready to teach confidently anywhere in the world, opening yourself to plenty of opportunities. 

Our teachers are bilingual and will provide personalized mentorship with comprehensive tips & feedback. 

The training runs during 8 weekends in studio 
between January and June 2026, making it fully compatible with work or study in Italy.

One final weekend is organized as a retreat, in a villa close to Milan (no extra fee), where you’ll complete your final exam—including teaching a demo class to your peers! A great moment to experience community living the Yoga way!
